Our Asbestos Removal Services
Asbestos Testing
If you’re renovating, repairing or demolishing a building that may contain asbestos, get a sample tested before you start work. It is cheaper and easier to deal with asbestos if it isn’t a surprise.
We will collect samples from around your building and site. These samples are then sent to a NATA accredited laboratory for further analysis and testing.
National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) accreditation means that the asbestos testing is a highly reliable and consistent method of sampling asbestos and discovering the fibre composition of materials, and identifying potentially hazardous materials within the sample.
Asbestos Clearance Certificate
An Asbestos Clearance Certificate is an inspection of an area after licensed asbestos removal work has been completed to verify that it is safe for normal use. A clearance inspection must include a visual inspection and may include air monitoring.
What is a clearance certificate?
A clearance certificate must be provided in writing by the licensed asbestos assessor or competent person who carries out the clearance inspection following licensed asbestos removal work.
Asbestos Removal
Asbestos Inspections Central Coast can also take care of all your asbestos removal needs.
With 26 years of experience in Sydney and Central Coast I have teamed up with a handful of professional asbestos removal firms.
That means that I have done the leg work and filtered out the good the bad and the ugly.
Our teams have worked all over NSW for over 20 years. Their experience in safely identifying, removing and demolishing (when necessary) asbestos effected homes and workplaces has made them the ideal firms to partner with our organisation. Their attention to detail and meticulous nature will impress as they push our team to new levels of skill and competence from year to year.
Asbestos Registers &
Management Plans
A person with management or control of a workplace must ensure asbestos at the workplace is identified, the location of asbestos is clearly indicated and recorded in a register and have a written asbestos management plan if asbestos has been identified at the workplace (or is likely to be there at times).
The asbestos register must be maintained so the information in the register is up-to-date and be readily accessible to businesses or contractors carrying out demolition, removal, refurbishment, maintenance or service work at the workplace.
